Hello! I'm Rahnuma Islam
I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Mathematical Biology. My research interest is focused on applied mathematics using tools from a broad range of disciplines such as stochastic process, mathematical modeling, and experimental science. I also have experience in teaching different math courses. Some classes are large with 120-130 students, demonstrating my ability to organize a large diverse population. Also, I worked as a co-advisor in the Research Experiences for Undergraduate program at TTU in the summer of 2021 where I mentored an undergrad student with a research project.
